We seem to have acquired a new resident in our house! Just wondered how common imaginary friends were amongst children with asd?

Anyone had any experience?

Kinda. We don't have imaginary- imaginary friends but we have millions of sort-of-based-on-something friends. He has two toys which are his 'brothers', most of transformers come on sleepovers and never go home, and there's a whole colony of robot buddies... Grin

I thought it was just a game at first but today I had to make him breakfast! I mentioned it to his teacher and apparently there are other imaginary friends in the class so maybe they can all sit together Grin
