Morning all,

I'm currently sporting a lovely sombre navy trouser suit, white shirt and 1 neon pink sock & 1 bright cyan sock in support of World Down Syndrome Day-I got some very strange looks from my fellow commuters on the train this morning! Grin

Anyone else taking part? if so, what lovely colours have you gone for?

I just found out about this today! Am a bit gutted, I would have liked to have suggested it to DS school...

I didn't know about the day, either. I'm wearing green and grey stripy, lacy woolly socks. They're actually quite sensible for me.

My three headed off to school today in their odd socks. DS2 even chose to wear shorts so his were more obvious.

We have a friend with Down Syndrome so were aware of this day and the school have done a little bit about it but hopefully by next year they can spread the word in advance about the socks, and anything else that can be done to raise awareness.
