Statutory Assessment question.

The reports they gather from OT Ed pych e.t.c do they have to do a seperate assessment? or will they do the report based on the assessment they have already done for dds diagnosis.?

Just hoping dd wont have to have numerous assessments re done and that the reports the HCP have already done will suffice.

They could do either. They have to submit a report so it will be up to them whether it will be recent enough to give an accurate picture.

Generally you can assume that these people will avoid extra work if they can.
