Happy Monday to everyone!
We are thinking of moving - DD has outgrown our little house with all her equipment and it is still coming ! Due to crazy London prices we are potentially going to have move borough. My concerns are what happens to our continuing. Care package and put input from physio etc. Will our care hours be honoured by our new borough?
Any experience or advice would be great.
