antibiotics and autistic traits

i noticed that my 3yo girl's traits got worse after a course of antibiotics. has anyone else experienced this? pls. share your experiences.

Mine got better, but she isn't diagnosed with anything specific and they were for a chronic ear infection, so probably helped her hearing. I expect the hearing problems were not helping her behavioural issues.

So language, following instructions and playing with her brother got better. What got worse was the sensitivity to noise and raised voices.
