My friends son, aged 10, has Aspergers. Yesterday he had a large meltdown in town and my friend called me to help.

What I need advice on, is what to say to him next time I see him. He is a lovely boy and was so very distressed. Do I mention it or not?

please don't say anything, the lad and the family has to live with this every day, they won't need a reminder

Totally agree with the above posters.

Why would you say anything??

PlasticFlamingo · 17/03/2013 10:35

Thank you for the quick replies, I won't mention it then.

I just wondered if it would be weird not to say anything or say I was glad to see he was feeling better. Of course I don't want to upset him or his mum, they are dear friends. Thank you for your guidance.
