Hello all....am a blinking tubelight and am wondering where or how to get the form for appeal to tribunal against refusal to assess by LEA?

Yes ligule...thx....do u guys suggest I get a lawyer for this or can I handle it myself?

We had a refusal to assess & our operate worker rang to say she'd like them to look at all the reports & tell her on what grounds they refused. They then changed their minds overnight. I think often if they realise you aren't going to go away they change their minds. We would have used IPSEA's advice in the first instance.
