Still no result from Tribunal..

It's been 10 days last Friday. Called them yesterday, the result is not in and it's apparently busy period.

Does it matter that they are taking longer - those of you who wited longer, have you won/lost? Or I shouldn't read anything into it?

Don't read anything into it there could be a whole set of reasons why there has been a delay. The chair or one of the members might be down with the lurgy, there might be questions requiring some further research, they might be waiting for one of the members to check the decision.

If it's not in by Friday then ring the clerk and are asked to register a complaint. That will have no impact on the decision from the tribunal. Complaints 10 dear acted on rather quickly and it will be registered formally and probably passed to the judicial lead to investigate.

Feb 15 was deadline to name secondary schools on statements so appeals will now be flooding in about secondary transfers. Its probably true they are just overwhelmed with admin. Doesn't help you though.

The waiting must be klilling you. I am sorry. Hope you hear soon. x

Well we have called again and apparently the decision has been made and sent to our solicitor, so just waiting to hear from him, as it's impossible to get through to him on the phone..so I was stalking the postman unnecessarily :))
