What help did they offer?

I've not had it for a DC, but I did have it for DMum who lived with us with alzheimers.
It was very good - very quick and proficient Shock
They came and assessed all the areas that might cause problems - security such as locking herself in/out, safety getting in/out bath, on/off toilet, distance and ability to get down steps to garden, hand rails, height of seats and tables, toilets etc and whether they were in the best position for her etc.
After the assessment and practicalities agreed, I expected to wait forever, but 1 of their teams got it all fixed and installed within a week or so and it didn't cost a penny.

We are about to have the community ot come over to assess our house (specifically seating and bath safety) and they are assessing the preschool ds is going to attend to make sure they have the correct seating etc.

we've had this, they provided us with extra handrails on the stairs and frame for the toilet, all done quite quickly surprisingly Grin
