Direct payments thread deleted in error by MNHQ

confusion led to the deletion of a thread I started about direct payments. We all have fat fingers at times on our keyboards so I completely understand.

Does anyone have direct payments outlined in part 3 of their child's statement?

Can I ask also if anyone has had a head teacher agree or disagree to a DP request?

Inappropriately I think you posted on the last thread to say you didn't think there was anything to stop a LA making DP explicit within part 3. But if this were against the wishes of the head, could/would this still be done do you think?
