Weird AR experience

15 minutes in to (1.5 hour alloted) for AR, EO suggested we abandon the meeting because I told them I had just received private EO assessment, that suggested Section 2 and 3 are not a true reflection of my ds cognitive abilities.
She said she would have to take statement back to office and work on it. People had come from far and wide, so i was a bit shell shocked. My social worker said shouldn't we hear the parents views, so I talked a bit about how the school weren't meeting his needs. Meeting has been re-scheduled in two months. My worry is that they have all my evidence/defenses for not taking out provision and more time to demolish them. On the other hand I couldn't have gone forwards and not heeded my Ed Psych.'s advice. He is in ms. year 9 and they know we have had another look at a resource base, which would mean expensive taxi ride. Has anyone else had this experience. Have I made a bad move here? If my ds gets a better deal that's gr8, but I wonder if it is political and OMG the thought of having to psych. myself up for another AR is unbearable at the moment.
