We were having a discussion at tea time - and I'm not quite sure how we go there but I was telling DD (NT) that I am not a professional cook.
DS(AS) joined in saying no you had to be paid to be a professional, then made me laugh by saying "but you get paid in love from us". I am ashamed to say that my reaction was to pretend to vomit, as it is SO unlike anything he would ever say and SOO fake. He has obviously been listening to DH smarming Grin

Ahh what a sweetie!

Lowering the tone somewhat, but DD2 is rather literal. She's been showing great fascination in the monthly cycle lately.

A few days ago, girls from next door were playing in our car with her. There was a tampon wrapper on the floor (It had come off and I'd thrown away the tampon but missed the wrapper).

DH was fitting a boot latch to the car boot and was stunned to hear DD2 proudly announce:

"That's my Mum's - it's for her blood hole!"

He Blush I Grin...that's my girl.

Hhahaha Poltergoose.

I was helping DD1 with Angrybirds for the first time today. DD2 was watching and said 'Mum...you're ok at that. You're not bad...you're doing ok.'

I told her that next time I need a boost I'll definitely beat a path to her door Hmm
