Running a Distance Learning Style ABA

This is a query for a friend.

Have you seen a successful ABA program such that the consultant/supervisor do workshops (exclusively)on skype and then the family uses local tutors? I know every child and program is different and determination etc play a role. However, any "Distance Learning" ABA examples to share?

I think Sean Rhodes does this quite a lot, successfully
