just a quick question - how long should a stage 1 complaint take? my council website doesnt actually state how long they give it - it gives a timeline for stage 2 and stage 3 but nothing for level 1.
i can guess that at each stage they will push the time line so I am going to just ask that they move it up to each stage as soon as the time limit is over to try and get through the complaint process as quick as possible.
thing is ive got so many complaints its hard to know where to start! deliberately misleading us, doctoring of reports - some quite serious allegations all backed up in written evidence. Im going to wait first though for the tribunal ruling to come first so they cant say they cant deal with teh complaint whilst tribunal is ongoing. part of me thinks if it goes our way with the tribunal i should let it go but they have behaved so appallingly it would be immoral to let them get away with it and even if we lose I will probably still complain - then at the end of it will probably move counties
