about dd2 dla. she has been away, so hasnt been able to call back. have missed deadline dor reconsideration letters to be in. but hassaif if it has to go to appeal, then we will have more clout then as dd2 is being seen at cdc in under 2 weeks. i am hoping reconsideration works, and we wont need to appeal.

I did this Misdee. I had missed the deadline as I'd actually decided not to pursue it at the time. Then something kicked me up the arse and I asked for them to reconsider based on extra evidence/change in circs iyswim. Hope it works (mine did). In fact, whenever anything changes now I think I'll keep that back for when we need extra evidence to keep DLA.

i've already sent my letters off to DLA but was unable to get hold f anyone to back up our claim.

but the letter and diary was very in depth. so am keeping my fingers crossed.

funny thing happened this morning. a brown envolope arrived, i opened it, but upside down, so didnt see the name on it, and saw high rate care £62.something, i thought yessss she got it, turned it over, and it was dd1 letter about her annual increase. d'oh!!!

so am hoping the next one is a big brown envolope not the small ones.

And don't forget, it will arrive on a Saturday!

i sent it off monday, do you think they'd have a answer yet [wishful thinking]
