DS2's new "thing" is to do handstands on the sofa. Been doing it all day. Selective hearing.
DGS is here today and is basically doing the opposite of everything he's told.
DS3 is just being 3 and all that entails.
He's also toilet training, and because of the excitement, he's wee'd in his pants repeatedly today (too excited playing to go to the toilet in a timely manner, even though I've reminded him too many times to count).
So. Three boys, nobody listening, running around screaming, fighting, being rude. I've used time out so many times, I might as well just leave them in time out until DD comes to pick up DGS.
I've had to be very very strict mummy/grandma today, because it's just been ridiculous. So so wish there was a bottle of wine in the house. I'll have to console myself with coffee and biscuits tonight after the DCs are in bed.
DS2 & DS3 actually play alright together, with moments of arguments. But add a third child or more, and they just go over the top excited and rowdy and it's just insane. When that child also doesn't know how to apply the brakes on their own behaviour, it's toe curlingly horrible.
sob... so I ask again... is it wine oclock yet?
