Hello everyone,
I am a long time lurker and have not posted before but have still got some fantastic advise from reading threads on here before. I have 5 DC and my DS,4, is currently awaiting a ped appointment as we suspect he has ASD.
Anyway school were beyond useless so we are now home educating him. Now this is were I need help please as I'm not sure what to do now, on the 7th January I hand delievered a letter to school which was a request under the education regulations 2005 SI 1473, paragraph 5 for a copy for my DS school file which pointed out that they had 15 school days to get this information to me. However we are now at 23 school days with no response and when I spoke to them yesterday regarding this they wouldn't give me any answers. Where do I go from here? What do I need to do now?
