Writing my parental statement for SA

Do i need to include any history of why i dont want ds's present school to be named in statement?

He is currently signed off school and is receiving 5 hours of home tuition (but still on role at current school)

I would say no. It is your right to name any maintained school, so it shouldn't be an issue.

I would say no at this stage too-its always a conversation you can have at a later date if you need to.
