Private physio and ophthalmologist recommendations needed - SE London or near to!

Morning all! I am looking to pick your brains on two subjects today.

Firstly a private physio recommendation, we live in SE London, and would need someone for our DD who has low muscle tone, ideally who does home visits.

Secondly a private opthamologist. We have been thought he NHS eye clinic once with DD and it was an awful experience. Here eyes have changed ( sometimes pointing down to one corner so she moves her head to view things rather than the eyes). Any London recommendations would be great .
