hi all just to let you know all went well i think i got them to listen and they were more reseptive than they have been previously they accepted that some staff needed to be more aware that my ds thinks differently hopefully all will be implimented this time and the bullying will improve i am happier now that he is on school action plus so its not just down to the school but an outside agency is involved they can help determine whether he needs a statement although im sure he does already so fingers crossed it works out this time and that he starts to feel happier in school thankyou all for your messages of support earlier

Glad you're feeling better about things! Hope it continues to improve for you and your DS now!!

Hi tobysmumkent thanks im keeping all crossed. It makes me mad that we all have to go though all this hard work for everything from education to claiming dla and nothing we do makes it easier for the the next family to come along, they have to fight just as hard to be heard and achieve results.Im glad i took ds key worker along think it might have been a different story otherwise there was definatly a lot of sucking up going on so i recommend that to anyone else going through the system get on to the jat team and get someone official to go with you.
