i started a claim for my daughter january 2012 for a respiratory condition. for this she was awarded middle rate care. i know that i will have a review form soon as she turns 3 in a matter of months. she has difficutly walking which wasnt aparent when the claim was first put in so wasnt mentioned. although doctors are not yet doing anything about her problems walking she has to use her pushchair 99% of the time and if we let her walk we have to hold her sometimes with both her hands. she also cannot use stairs. would it be worth mentioning this on her next dla review as i am unsure about the rules. i dont know if it would make much difference as the doctors are not doing anythign about it yet, but i was always told to report any change in her need for care
