Ds was recently permanently excluded and we planned to appeal and waited for all the relevant paperwork to be sent.At the last minute the exclusion was withdrawn and the disciplinary hearing did not take place. A request for the whole school record had already been made with a particular request for all the exclusion paperwork.
We know that a full investigation should have been held so expected to see a record of any actions taken by the HT however, there is nothing in the file other than a couple of statements (not even ds's). Have chased this up (LA are aware) but still not received the paperwork or even a response. Any ideas what can we do about this?
