This appeal thing

Have suddenly realised that i have until the 9th of May to get my appeal in to LEA or whoever it is and havent done a thing about it.

I remember IPSEA talking me through it a few weeks ago but a lot has happened since then and i dont want to ring the guy up and tell him that i have forgot everything he said.

I do remember him mentioning SENDIP or something.

Will have to prepare this week, can someone tell me what i need to do.

oh forgot to add its for an appeal against them turning DS down for a statement.

yep thats what i meant.
IPSEA have told me that if i get solicitors involved then they wont be able to help me.

Hmmm dont you just know that im getting on the phone to LEA first thing tomorrow, cheeky things they havent told me any of this.

have just emailed my IPSEA rep, ill have to be truthful and tell her that i forgot whats been said

So, the LEA should have provided me with information on how to appeal, which they havent, i have had a look at SENDIST but cant see anything about appealing.
