There was a thread on the SN board last week that discussed the responsibiity for a child's education being the Local Authority's rather than the parents' if the child has a statement of special needs.
I'm in the process of applying for statutory assessment at the moment but as we home educate this is significant to our situation. Could anyone link me back to that thread please?
