So am mid divorce, have plenty income to cover paltry remnants of mortgage but sods won't give me it because my income is not salaried but is dla, ca and maintenance. This really irks. Anyone else come across this and how did you resolve it, mortgage guarantor, joint mortgage, random rich uncle or what?

will carers ever get the respect deserved or will we always be invisible?

Do any mortgage providers take these payments into account, I think I read something about Santander including some?

have heard back today that hbos may consider possibly perhaps. I think guarantor may be the only way to be sure, proper stressed Sad

A Sharia mortgage? Or a small independent building society?
