Or is it possible to win without them, just presenting their reports? I just can't get any witnesses..preschool teachers altough lovely don't want to come, private OT and psych edu. could come but cost SO much money, I would have to borrow them, NHS team woudn't come and wouldn't be helpful..

That's pretty normal. Please don't take it personally. I bet she really didn't want to do it but has been bullied.

Don't be afraid now to ask her some challenging questions on the day. Plan them carefully. However, don't ask her anything that you don't already know the answer to. You are 'illustrating' rather than 'fact finding' iyswim.

Thanks Starlight, you are right I have to calm down first and think rationally.

It's a shock. But you'll get over it. Be as nice to her as you can be. Be honest and tell her that you are upset at her decision but you understand that she needs to work with the LA for years probably, wheras with you only for months.

If she's cross with you it can help her justify her actions if she goes against you.

Starlight she has been so supportive when I first told her about the tribunal 'good for you, go and get them' etc... I did ask her to let me know if she will have to go for LEA to tell me, though and she didn't :( also yesterday we went over IEP, I signed it and today it's among the new paperwork. And I have my bloody husband telling me finally I can understand people are inherently bad and to stop being naive. I think it's time to clean the house :)

LA have probably listed her as a witness without even telling her. I bet you know, and she doesn't (yet... they'll either have forgotten altogether to contact her, or will be still working out how far she can be influenced her exact views and position, prior to breaking the news.

thanks MareeyaDolores, I didn't know that is even possible...what a shit this whole system is. I feel like stopping the whole thing and just HE.

Well if you feel like that then you have nothing to lose by going ahead, do you?

No, except for ds is a sociable little thing and would thrive at the right school with the right support...
