ADHD and DLA?

Can of claim DLA for a child who has ADHD?

I am very new to this and my son is 12, so it's hard to imagine him with a 'condition' as I take his care for granted, it's what I've been doing every day for years!

Thank you!

DLA is awarded if the person you look after needs more care and supervision etc then someone else of similar age! So worth looking into! My son is 7 and has ADHD/ASD and was awarded DLA!

My Starling is 7 and we get DLA for him and at the time he was only dx with ADHD and not the ASD.

Its always worth applying, they can only say no cant they, what do you have to lose?
