tribuanal - fianl submission of evidence on weds - what will I get back from the LA?

ive got over 150 pages of extra evidence plus they have also had from me an additional OT report SALt report and ed psych report plus a case statement - all to be posted tomorrow although they have had some of the reports earlier.

why will the LA send to me? will i get a case statement? they have yet to name a school - should i expect a nasty surprise? noone from the LA has seen him so there cant be any additional reports coming back. theyve held onto the working document for weeks now - snotty email time tomorrow as i need it back as ive got 3 reports still to go in - they wanted me to just tell them last week which parts of my reports i wanted but said no - want it in the working document. LA solicitor has warned me i am being 'too prescriptive' in my working document!

hey ho - i just actually have no idea what will come. i know when i asked before regarding the first deadline, people were quite honest in what i would receive and they they were spot on!

I expect you will be disappointed in their submission. It is IME usually drivel followed by a statement (totally unrelated to said drivel) saying needs can be met with existing wording. Not an argument you can get your teeth into iyswim.

So don't get all adrenalined up.

kindda thought it would be something like that - i still need the working document back - still no sign of it - i sent it to them on 7th dec - they sent it back on 21st dec - they just put a line through every single amendment but even did that wrong so asked them immeadiately to do it right - 3 emails later and still no sign of it. will deffo email again tomorrow and copy in SEND
