agggggh......
all the kids are out the front, (mine are in bed!!) including next door but one's 3 year old girl!!!!! 
It is just past 8.10pm, not dark but starting to get a bit dusk
She just runs across the road
What are these people thinking? They shouldn't be allowed to have kids.
They also let her in the car with no belt on, parents always has a ciggie in her mouth etc (no offence to anyone that smokes!)
Why then should we, who would never put our child in a car without a safety seat, had wrist straps on them when younger (still do on Ellie sometimes) they are not allowed anywhere on their own, have never smoked etc etc have the child that nearly dies of Meningitis and now has special needs?!
It's ok, no one needs to reply or comment!!!! Just needed to vent!! annoys and upsets me so much, it really doesn't seem fair
I have most prob moaned about this before!!!
ps, mine aren't going outside on their own till they are at least 20 :lol:
