I hope that header makes sense.... My 2 yrold DD is teething.. It's the "eye teeth" at the moment and its hitting her hard. She is nil by mouth and has all secretions suctioned. She has no concept of putting things to her mouth for play or relief from teething. We are currently on a regime of regular paracetamol, brufen with a dash of piriton to settle her when she's very fractious.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of anything similar and had some pearls of wisdom? The only thing that seems to give her relief is rubbing her mouth on my head. Ouch!
Thanks in advance. X

Our DS with autism had severe pain when teething. We found the best relief came from homeopathic remedies, chamomilla and teething salts. They do them in dissolvable tiny tablets for babies not sure if they would be suitable. I would ring Helios homeopathic pharmacy and have a chat with one of the homeopathy. I did not believe in homeopathy, but the change in him was remarkable. I have since used them for teething my wisdom teeth and they worked a treat :-)

Thanks pleasantspice I've just been on the phone to Helios. They are very helpful. I've ordered chamomilla and also black elderberry syrup to boost her immunity.
