Submitted my DS's DLA form beginning of December and only received acknowledgement letter on 27th December and a decision has been made already! This was a renewal and was late being issued due to breakup of marriage so was treated as a new claim! Last time he was awarded MRC/LRM but this time HRC/LRM.
With regards to tax credits do they backdate this to when the DLA started?
