Namechanger extraordinaire here again [smile] Ds had a target on his IPM last year which I thought was pretty unrealistic and unachievable really. Have just looked at his latest IPM for this year and exactly the same targets are there (despite getting a recent dx [hmm]) apart from that one. Now, what is the likely reason for it to be removed - would it be because he met the target or because they knew he would never achieve it? My issue is that ds was permanently excluded and one of the reasons stated was repeatedly failing to do x (that target). The dx is even more reason why he couldn't do it. Doesn't seem right to exclude for not being able to do a practically impossible thing [angry].
