Yes happy new year everyone! DH and I have shunned celebrations and instead are home with two girls whose temps are 38 degrees 90 mins after calpol. I may be up in the small hours (again) for all the wrong reasons.

I will be self medicating with gin. Cheers all Wine here's to a 2013 with positive vibes all the way......

I parked DH with the DDs in front of the iPad (madagascar). enjoying the last hours of 2012 in a very quiet fashion in front of the laptop with choc and Wine. bliss Grin

Saw a house today that we might put an offer on - yay.

But it's bloody expensive, though will be much cheaper than renting.

DH bless his heart, has popped out to aforementioned Indian just for me (he pizza-hutted and soft-played the kids this late afternoon so I could attempt to get house in order).

So, I'm pouring the drinks.

Anyone dressed up? (Saw the film The Holiday a few nights ago and noticed that although at home the characters dressed up for NY so wondered if that's what you are supposed to do).
