Oxygen and lip balm

Hi there, I have a 7month old little girl who has only just come out of hospital. She is on oxygen and I need some advise on lip balms which are safe to use. The scary fact is that the hospital always used to use vasoline!!! Anyone know of anywhere I can get a good product from?

I suppose I hadn't thought too hard about the ingredients as Vaseline is made from petroleum. Anyway, what about a bees wax product? Burt's Bees is great stuff here.

My little gel was also on oxygen for a while under no circumstances do you use anything with oil in! It can cause burns to the skin. You cannot use anything with petroleum in either we cudnt use a lot of creams (dd had eczema) it would probably be best to phone your oxygen supplier which I'm assuming is air Liquide? They will be able to advise you

Is ky jelly ok, as a water based lube?
