they serve the 3rd working document. we added so many changes - so much so it went from 14 pages to 28 pages and its come back today at 6.07pm and they have struck through every single one of our amendments and have agreed absolutely nothing even though every single thing has come professional reports.

they agreed in their response to tribunal that all 'shoulds' would be changed to 'wills' - first version came and they only amended some of them so in the 2nd version we amended the ones they had 'missed' - 3rd version came and the ones we have amended they have changed the 'wills' back to 'should' undoing the ones we did! so teh statement is littered still with shoulds

im just so flippin fed up that they would do this so late on a frdiday evening and before christmas!

emailed my NAS helper and she said they have done it all wrong anyway. tehy are not allowed to strikethrough the new text we have put in, they should leave it bold so the tribunal can see who has amended what so i have just emailed their solicitor and reminded them of teh protocol and can they re do it and send it back correctly!!!!

I do sympathise. I got an ICO and PHSO judgments today - neither helpful.

I have an outstanding LGO judgment and another ICO one. No doubt they will come tomorrow!

Little shits.

I also sympathise, we got their initial response today (tribunal in March). All of it is either lies or twisted fact, and I can't do anything now until after Christmas. Feel really annoyed as taken the edge of Christmas

good to hear in a strange way that its not only me. leonie - that is so bad having it over xmas - i went through something similar about 18 months ago with my elder son and ended up going down the judical review route. i won that but then the fought over secondary placement - i did get what i wanted but without transport so now my son is happy but financially its a huge burden and ive got years of driving and the costs but for the right school and how happy he is its been worth every penny and the fight was worth it.

this fight is about my younger son who is actually much more needy but we have had to fight all the way for him. the school my older son was at, i removed him from as he wasnt statemented and they let him down spectaculary. he is now statemented with 32.5 hours but the current school just cant meet his needs and he has been in school part time now for 6 months. LA have done nothing. they finally at the beginning of dec started to look at other schools and yes one is the crap school that he has already been to and i removed him from, theon i fought over my elder son, the one where the head absolutely hates me and the one i would never ever put my son into but they know this so again they have put it on the list knowing it will upset me because they can, never mind he would never ever step foot in the school again as it was so traumatic for him. i am expecting today or even christmas eve a letter from the LA saying thsi awful school says it can meet his needs so i will then have to fight that as well and have the prospect of them calling the god awful head to tribunal. thank god i kept every single letter etc from his time there.

Anyway taking my daughter to the panto later and will try and not let it get to me - i will enjoy this christmas!!
