I have been struck down with this awful bug and need to get this done and sent back just after New Year.

I don't know where to start or if they're looking for the same detailed information I sent with the initial request. My mind has gone blank and I feel like i'm going to make a mess of this.

Did you fill in the form 'Appedix A(3)' or did you send a seperate document with the same headings as your LEA sent to you.

Sorry for all the questions but i'm baffled and overwhelmed.

Hampshire send document with the request for Parental Advice. I found it very useful when doing DD1's document.

Hello sweetteamum, I've recently submitted my Appendix A for ds, so have an idea what you're going through Xmas Smile.

Even though it wasn't my first time, I was panicking about what to include. The document Lougle has linked to is a useful guide as to what to include.

In the end, I included everything I could think of, and it ran to 28 pages! It's also worth bearing in mind that although the LA may choose to ignore most of it, if it comes to an appeal, your contribution will come under intense scrutiny.

Good luck! When's your proposed statement due? We could hold each other's hands while waiting Xmas Smile. Mine is by 11 Jan.

Looks like good advice. If you end up running to many pages, make sure you bullet point the essentials at the front, as many reviewers won't read it all...
