I have read so many stories about the form getting lost how long after sending the form did you get a text saying it had been recieved ?

Hi Crawling - yes, I got a text about 2 weeks after I posted the forms back, although it may take a little longer at this time of year with the Christmas post

I never ever ever receive texts for some odd reason despite giving them my mobile number. I get letter about two weeks after

I rang them today as I sent my form and had no txt - they confirmed it was received the day after I sent it ;)

They lost Toad's for about 6 weeks. I had to re-do a new form and send it in recorded. Royal Mail says it was delivered and signed for.
I still haven't had confirmation of it.
