Feeling upset/angry had letter from Senco, saying all therapists involved with my child have been invited but she has stated to them that their attendance is either a)essential b) helpful c) non-essential. I have asked my SALT to attend, but she was told by Senco that her attendance was non-essential, she has clearly gone back to Senco to clarify and I have been put in my place. There are clear access to the curriculum issues that need addressing and things i want written in to the statement re. SALT so I think her attendance is essential. What does the code of practice say? I thought I had a say in who comes.
