I know a lot of sm's are woolly and vague but the amount of changes I need to make is a joke (almost 40). All the favourite phrases are there - would benefit from, should have access to,should be enhanced by. I even had a couple of where possibles Shock. And then on top of that there's the lack of quantification of provision. No wonder they've said they don't want to go to tribunal, it would be embarrassing.
Oh well, good job I bought a new pack of highlighters the other day Smile
