I know a lot of sm's are woolly and vague but the amount of changes I need to make is a joke (almost 40). All the favourite phrases are there - would benefit from, should have access to,should be enhanced by. I even had a couple of where possibles 
. And then on top of that there's the lack of quantification of provision. No wonder they've said they don't want to go to tribunal, it would be embarrassing.
