I am not normally one for believing what I read in the press but I used to work in a school with seriously busy inner city roads on both sides of it. The whole area was surrounded by busy roads.

We often used to have lengthy discussions in the staff room about why we had so many children children with ASD type issues. One of the teachers who had been there for years used to say she was worried that one day someone would find a link between pollution and Sn's.

I think it is quite scarySad

But....

Yep, I get that but even so, there has been a lot of talk about how asd has been increasing and while i believe in better identification I have to say when you see rows and rows of cars in stationery traffic on both sides of a school day in day out, it does make you thinkHmm
