Do any of you know anything about SCERTS?

It s good to know that Scerts at least is getting a foothold in the all-pervasive NAS schools network - on the principle of "any ABA is better than none".

The hub - if you are still here , can you answer one question: why do Lambeth get to vote on who sets up the Free school? I thought the whole point was that free schools are free from local govt meddling?
