Easy Cd player for child with Cp?

Hi, does anyone know of a Cd player which might be operated by a 4 yr old with CP and poor fine motor skills? All I really want is for him to be able to press play/stop I suppose so it just needs a big easy to use button. Or if there are any switch operated ones that would be good. It would be such a great christmas pressie for him! But haven't been able to find anything suitable.

We got this for dd 4th birthday last year. She is non verbal so difficult to "teach" her how to use things but she manages this quite well. You turn the large knob on the front to turn on then just press buttons on the front.
I know it's not a traditional CD player but dd has had hours of fun. It comes with 3 "CDs" with 6 nursery rhymes on each one.
