Ds in sixth form. secan and school want annual review two months before the year date is up. i asked to postpone due to i cannot attend on that date also because i have not recived any paperwork , advice from proffessionals not recived and no notice of who will be attending. Both school and sencan say no not our problem . They state that it is a legal requirement to complete all paper work before the year review date is up? never had this before. review is always either two weeks before of just afterwards. is this a new law or are they correct? and have just been useless before!!any case i cant attend on the date they have set and they wont change it advice please.
