how do i explain aspergers ?

what do you say to people when they ask you what aspergers is ?
ds2 recently diagnosed and when i have mentioned it to people i have wanted to make them understand what it means as i can tell they dont have a clue but i dont really know what to say !

Well It affects each individual differently, so I stick with the difficulties DS2 has - mostly that he's v.immature socially and doesn't understand social "rules" plus gets v.anxious in new and unusual situations, not able to adapt easily to changes of plan etc.
