My DP often gets jealous that he can't join in with Mumsnet, but like yours redbull he said would prefer to talk to men.

I think feel intimidated especially when I tell him about all the spats!!! Grin

There's a great site that I used to use until a few months ago. I think/hope it's still thee! There are lots of dads on there and even some general silliness too.

Try \link{http://www.krism.org.uk\here}

bubblerock · 06/04/2006 13:09

What doesn't he want to join in the stimulating conversations with the other dads on \link{http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk?topicid=1375&threadid=161881\here}?? That surprises me!! Grin

Sparticusss · 06/04/2006 13:10

Just tell him that really we're all bearded truckers pretending to be women. Wink

redbull · 06/04/2006 13:25

i think he might get a bit worried 1) with me being on here all the time and 2)if some one did a bit of flirting, he would run for the hills and never come back!! actually that might be a good ideaWink

men are very easily frightened. women are ruthless in their micky taking. corner a man in a place full of women and, well, have you ever seen those nature programmes where the cheeters round up the terrified deer or whatever?! ask DC / HD etc!! Grin

redbull · 06/04/2006 14:00

mydp cant stand thedepartment stores where you have women walking round squirting aftershave over you he just goes like a statue cant say no or yes to them!! he just gets so embaressed to easily.
my favorite one is when im shopping or paying and i ask him to hold my handbag so i can pay or look at stuff he still carries it when im finished doent think to give it backto me and you can see every one looking at him a man carrying a womans bag!!Grin
