working document received - they have put OT in part 6 - Help!

cant believe they have done it - part 2 says that he has sensory modulation disorder which will impact on all of his academic needs!!!! so therefore surely all the therapy should be in part 3????

sort of makes sense why they have got a barrister for the tribunal - talk about dirty tricks and of course they email it at 4pm on a friday.

how do i react to this? can i just move it all to part 3? im also confused about the code etc i should be using for the amendments as they have given me an indication etc. god this is so so hard

Yes, you simply put in a proposed amendment giving all the OT provision in part 3. There should be a key at the top of the working document which shows what sort of font you should be using for your proposed amendments. From recollection I think it should be bold font, but you need to check that.
