Dd has a dx of ASD, but also has walking and balance problems, and huge sensory issues. she walks into things and people, like she doesn't quite know where she is physically.
Met ot briefly the other day and he flung hypermobility into the conversation.
So without having to trawl google on my phone, basically what is it, and what does it mean practical wise?

Hi, DD has this. For her that means that she has low muscle tone & is double jointed, so she needs to do regular physio to help strengthen her muscles and wears rather funky bright pink piedro boots (special support shoes that look like mini dr martins) to help support her ankles.
