I came across this today while doing some research, its 6 years old, but found it interesting and may be useful to someone

Yes, I found this online whilst doing research too, I especially liked the focus on mum and her dyslexic child who eventually got their justice although it cost her about £12k in the process. It's a good reminder, the law is on our side.

I have found this document useful in the past. It also gave me an early heads up on what sort of dirty tactics to expect from our LEA.
