Current school cannot meet needs and parts 2,3,& 4 are in the process of being amended. When finalised does the provision then apply to the existing school as well as the secondary too?

Yes it will. The statement for secondary will be amended by the feb in year of transfer to change part 4. All the things in part 2 and 3 happen at secondary so it's important to make sure at the review in year 6 you make sure you get any amendments that need to be made. The secondaries will be sent a copy of this statement to de die if they can meet his needs or not
