Filling in form for assessment

So after much back and forth, ds is now being assessed for his statement. I'm currently filling in my bit and just have a few questions for anyone with any experience of this.

  1. How much attention are they going to pay to what I put? Can I sway this, or alternatively fuck this up by putting the "wrong" thing?

  2. How much detail should I go into? If I put what they consider is too much will it put them off? Is it better to stick to clear, concise points?

Any tips are much appreciated. This stuff is so overwhelming.

Statutory assessment? We've just sent off our Form 2...

I have just very much stuck to the facts - I've talked about exactly what can be observed. I've also looked at the reports we've got and reiterated things said in those.

I can send you a copy of ours, if you want (pm me your email address) although, bear in mind we've only just sent it so I don't know if we're going to be successful. However, a few people have looked it over and said it looks good.
